About this event

Join us in a discussion with the editors and authors of this exciting new issue of Feminist Dissent, which is about ‘Human Rights in an Age of Populist Authoritarianism’.

In this issue, Feminist Dissent intervenes in the debate on human rights to make a feminist case for universal human rights. We argue that the concept of universal human rights, for all its problems, represents something that we must both defend and take forward in the current period.

In a political moment defined by the rise of authoritarian far right movements and figures, we argue that this is an urgent task for a Feminist Anti-Racist Left.

This webinar will be recorded.
