Professor Kerstin Neumann

Kerstin Neumann is Assistant Professor at the Department of Strategic Management and Innovation at WU Vienna University of Economics and Business. Her research focuses on external corporate development activities. Specifically interorganizational relationships (IORs) and merger and acquisitions (M&A) are emphasized in her work, e.g. boundary decisions, the role of formal mechanisms and trust in IORs (more generally, factors affecting ex ante governance implementation and ex post cooperation in IORs), post-merger integration, and factors affecting M&A performance.
