Examinations
Preparing for your examination
Students who have successfully upgraded and completed up to Year 2 of their MPhil/PhD studies may be considered for Examination. Examination is inclusive of a student's thesis submission and viva where they are required to defend their thesis arguments to an examination panel consisting of internal and external examiners. A student must undergo Examination in order to be awarded their MPhil or PhD.
Please note that all doctoral researchers must submit their examination forms and thesis on PhD Manager (since 15 September 2019).

- Nomination of Examiners must be completed on PhD Manager by the supervisor before the thesis submission.
