The Art of the Possible: DLD case study series The Art of the Possible is a new series of case studies produced by SOAS Development Leadership Dialogue (DLD). The series aims to showcase unconventional or often-overlooked policies, strategies, and experiences that have contributed to economic transformation and to examine the factors behind their success. We hope that they will inspire policy makers and practitioners to think creatively and strategically about economic development.
