Information for parents and carers

Information for parents and carers

The Access, Participation and Student Success team works with secondary, sixth form and current SOAS students to help them explore the breadth of opportunities available to them, and to develop the skills needed to realise their potential in Higher Education.

Here you will find information about what you can do as a parent/guardian to support your student research and application to university, as well as the support available to them at university.

Activities for students

Throughout the year, students of all ages are invited to participate in our variety of outreach activities aimed to increase students’ awareness of the benefits of studying at university, provide them with the skills and knowledge to succeed in their studies, and provide them with the opportunity to meet current students and academics to learn more about studying at SOAS.
