Biography
Eleonora is a researcher and policy specialist focusing on labour exploitation and migrant rights, with expertise in low-paid and precarious sectors such as cleaning, hospitality, agriculture, and the gig economy.
She has conducted research on the structural drivers of exploitation in the UK and led the training and coordination of community and peer researchers under a feminist participatory action research model. Her work bridges grassroots research and policy advocacy, aiming to influence labour market and immigration policy to better protect precarious and migrant workers.
Eleonora holds an MSc in Development Studies from SOAS University of London, where her dissertation explored the structural drivers of forced labour in the tomato supply chain in the Capitanata area in Southern Italy.
