About this event
An afternoon of music-making to celebrate the life of David Hughes (1945–2025), ethnomusicologist, performer, scholar of Japanese culture, and valued member of the Department of Music at SOAS.
We will be holding a relaxed afternoon of music at the SOAS Gallery (Thornhaugh St. WC1H OXG) on Sunday 14 September, 2-5pm. The event will include a reception, short films and performances by friends, colleagues, and former students.
