About this event
Description: Ecocide is increasingly being adopted at the domestic level and has been proposed for inclusion under the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court. But when does otherwise lawful conduct become unlawful under the label of Ecocide? This presentation will examine the question of legality, which is pivotal to distinguishing criminal conduct from beneficial contributions to communal life.
