About the cast and crew

Caroline Odogwu is a producer, director and storyteller passionate about bringing untold stories to life. Her work sits at the intersection of culture, community and social impact, creating authentic narratives that amplify voices and preserve lived experiences.

Her media career began over 17 years ago as a Junior Director on the Young Achievers YouTube series. Since then, she has worked across media, marketing, and learning and organisational development, while founding and leading an award-winning social impact organisation empowering women and girls.

Caroline is the producer and director of Generations, a documentary exploring the evolving cultural identity of British Nigerians across generations. Inspired by her experience as a second-generation British Nigerian, the film examines how traditions around education, faith, family, food, music and respect are inherited, challenged and redefined.

Through heartfelt interviews, humour and honest reflection, Generations explores identity, belonging and cultural legacy, creating space for dialogue about what is preserved, what changes, and what future generations will inherit.
