Kasia is an experienced academic leader and educator with over 15 years of expertise in foundation and higher education, currently serving as Head of Foundation Year at SOAS University of London.
She has a strong track record in curriculum design, student engagement strategy, and academic quality assurance, having led teams and programmes across a range of institutions. Kasia is passionate about widening participation and creating inclusive, high-impact learning environments that support diverse student communities to thrive.
