Marketing programme accredited by leading professional body

The Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) has officially approved SOAS’s MSc International Marketing programme as a Level 6 accredited degree. CIM is the world’s leading professional marketing body that set the standards for the marketing profession.

This achievement reflects the work undertaken by the School of Finance & Management to ensure the course aligns with CIM’s core values and programme. The MSc programme draws from a wide range of academic and practical interests, from business and the social sciences, through to humanities, media, communication, creative industries and technology.

This approval highlights the School of Finance and Management’s commitment to delivering exceptional teaching and practical, real-world experience to our students.

Industry data shows that graduates from CIM-accredited programmes are highly valued, with recruitment rates increasing by approximately 70% compared to non-accredited programmes.
