Shaping social sciences, humanities and the arts 

  • SOAS Provost Professor Joana Newman wrote for QS Magazine on social sciences, humanities and the arts for people and the economy (SHAPE) having a role in advancing technology across academic communities.

Relations between China and the UK

  • Director of the SOAS China Institute Professor Steve Tsang was interviewed on LBC News, Sky News Radio, BBC Radio Wales, BBC Radio Oxford and Washington Post on the UK Prime Minister’s visit to Beijing, and what it means for relations between both countries.
  • Professor Tsang spoke to The Guardian and Nikkei on international relations between the UK and China.
