Biography

Shula is a researcher with years of vast experience in fiscal and monetary economics.

Worked for Government for over 11 years, undertaking macroeconomic modelling supporting National Economic Development Planning and Management. A graduate fellow of Macroeconomic Economic and Financial Management Institute (MEFMI), specialised in Public Expenditure and Financial Management. Led a team of researchers that conduct policy supporting research at the Zambia Institute for Policy Analysis and Research (ZIPAR).

On the monetary side, work at the Central Bank of Zambia, Financial Markets Department for over 4 years and moved on to Bank Supervision Department - Financial Stability Division the last 5 years to date.
