SOAS Concert Series

Welcome to the SOAS Concert Series!

Sample the world through your ears, right in the heart of London at the SOAS Concert Series! Hear cultures connect, collide, and excite at the prestigious Brunei Gallery in Bloomsbury, and savour the talents of international legends plus up and coming new artists! We have a global feast lined up for you on Friday evenings between October and May so plan your diary around our diverse, vibrant array of concerts, as well as after-parties in the Student Union bar showcasing young fresh DJs!

£4 advance booking online

Funds generated protect the future of the Concert Series and help us to ensure that the concerts remain affordable and open to all.

Our season runs from October to May each year, and features 10 concerts.

Important information

  • All concerts start at 8pm (doors 7.30pm).
  • Online booking is required to guarantee a seat.
  • Please note that pre-booking is only valid until 8pm (i.e. if you have pre-booked and arrive late, you may find that your seat has been re-allocated).

Venue capacity is limited and any remaining seats will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.

Music at SOAS

The station broadcasts live & weekly on Wednesdays, and produces a variety of music and speech podcasts with a focus on Africa, Asia and the Middle East.
