ALLEN, JOHN WILLOUGHBY TARLETON

ARKELL, REV ANTHONY JOHN

Served in the Sudan Political Service 1920-1948, Archaeological Adviser to the Sudan Government 1948-1953. He subsequently became Reader in Egyptian Archaeology at the University of London and on retirement he became a vicar in Oxfordshire.
