David Fisk is holder of the Laing O’Rourke Chair in Systems Engineering and Innovation at Imperial College. He previously held the Royal Academy of Engineering Chair at Imperial College London in Engineering for Sustainable Development. At Imperial he is Director of the Laing O’Rourke Centre for Systems Engineering and Innovation and is a co-director of the BP Urban Energy Systems Program. He is a Past President of the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers and serves as a Non-Executive Member of the Gas and Electricity Markets Authority.

Dr. Pacheco Pardo is a Lecturer in the fields of International Relations and International Political Economy.

Dr Charlotte Goodburn completed her PhD in the Department of Land Economy at Cambridge, and holds a BA (in History) and an MPhil (in Contemporary Chinese Studies), also from Cambridge .
