Dinwiddy House

Dinwiddy House is an undergraduate hall for 1st Year students, managed by Sanctuary Students.

Students are accommodated in flats of 4-8 rooms clustered around a shared kitchen/dining space. All rooms are en-suite. Two single studios and one double studio are also available. It is a self-catered, mixed residence, although applications for single sex flats will be considered where possible.

Please do not apply for this property unless you are an undergraduate student. The property is suitable for students requiring adapted accommodation.

Dinwiddy House is located on Pentonville Road (N1), a 20-minute walk, 10 minute bus and 5 minute tube ride to the SOAS campus. Close to Angel, Camden and Kings Cross, the location offers a cinema, theatres, pubs, restaurants and is five minutes walk from the Eurostar terminal with easy access to Paris and Euro Disney, Amsterdam, and Brussels

Tenancy start date: 17 September 2023 to 9 June 2024 (38 weeks), or 17 September 2023 to 8 September 2024 (51 weeks).

Applicants will receive an invitation to apply for accommodation email once they are at ‘firm’ status. You can apply once you have firmly accepted your offer of a place at SOAS. SOAS have negotiated special rates for our students with our accommodation partners and the current accommodation options can be found above, although there may be new additions to the portfolio during the application period. There is no closing date for applications, but you are advised to apply early.
