Wood Green Hall

Wood Green Hall is a residence exclusively for SOAS students, providing a home to 165 students. 

The Hall is located in North London on Brabant Road. The area is vibrant and multicultural with a number of restaurants, bars, shops and cinemas to keep you entertained. East, West and Central London are also easily accessible, with a 3 minute walk to Wood Green station offering access to the Piccadilly line - taking you straight to SOAS in 22 minutes.

Wood Green Hall has 24 hour security and offers low cost student accommodation with furnished single rooms with Wi-Fi throughout. Secure storage is provided in kitchens, and bathrooms are shared on a single sex basis. There is also a large common room and a garden giving residents an open space to socialise or take part in organised events.

Important notice: During the summers of  2026 and 2027 building improvement works will be carried out. The local team will be doing all they can to minimise disruption. Works will only take place between 8:00am – 6:00pm, Monday to Friday. Wood Green Hall team are on site and on hand 24/7 to support you, and will keep you updated about the works.

Tenancy start date 13 September 2026 to 20 June 2027 (40 weeks) or 13 September 2026 to 5 September 2027 (51 weeks).
