Hiro N. Aragaki is a Professorial Research Associate at SOAS School of Law, Gender and Media, a member of the SADRC Managing Board, and a Professor of Law at the University of California College of Law, San Francisco. His scholarship focuses on arbitration and ADR. He is also a dual-qualified (U.S. and U.K.) international arbitrator and mediator, a Chartered Arbitrator with CIArb, and a Fellow of the College of Commercial Arbitrators (U.S.).

Andrew Goodman has been a CEDR mediator since 1993 and an IMI Mediation Advocate since 2013, conducting hundreds of mediations. Andy Rogers is a practicing mediator, trainer, and Leadership Team member at CEDR. He has handled over 100 disputes across commercial and emotionally complex matters, working with clients from private individuals to multinational organisations. He serves as Trustee and Board Director of the Civil Mediation Council, co-chairing the Standards and Registration Committee and helping develop commercial mediation standards in England and Wales. He is also a Trustee and Board Director of the International Mediation Institute, supporting global quality standards and access to high-calibre commercial mediators worldwide.

Gerald E. Rosen (Ret.) is an internationally respected mediator, author, and former federal judge. He wrote Grand Bargain: The Inside Story of Detroit’s Dramatic Journey from Bankruptcy to Rebirth, detailing his role as chief mediator in the largest municipal bankruptcy in U.S. history. He served 27 years on the federal bench, including seven as Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. Since retiring in 2017, he has been a neutral at JAMS, mediating and arbitrating complex commercial, intellectual property, and multi-party disputes worldwide.

Lim Tat was called to the Singapore Bar in 1989. His practice spans conflict and dispute management, de-escalation, and resolution, adopting a multifaceted approach and varied dispute resolution methods to achieve optimal client outcomes. With over 30 years of experience, he has appeared as lead counsel at all levels of the Singapore courts and in international arbitrations. He represents local and international clients in high-value, multi-jurisdictional disputes across industries including energy, recycling, entertainment, construction, manufacturing, and real estate.

Aşiyan Süleymanoğlu, who is on the international mediators panel of ADRIstanbul, specialises in dispute resolution and practices as a professional mediator, negotiator, trainer, and conflict management consultant. She is an internationally trained educator and an independent adviser on mediation policy to international bodies and national governments. She runs a busy national and cross-border mediation practice alongside teaching and training. She is the founder of Akina Consulting, which develops innovative training materials and provides international consulting services on project design, management, and implementation.
