How can a stronger and more interconnected global public development bank ecosystem improve access to climate finance, reduce borrowing costs, reduce investment risk, develop project pipelines, create sustained demand, and enhance debt management?

Looking at opportunities for fostering collaboration between multilateral and national development banks, government ministries, and other key actors, the discussion will identify policy reforms and innovations to scale sustainable, affordable development finance.
