How to book

Welcome to your guide to booking your graduation day. We're here to help you navigate the process smoothly so that on graduation day, you can focus on celebrating your achievement. 

Here's you'll find everything you need to know to book your place at SOAS Graduation, but if you have any further questions please don't hesitate to get in touch. 

You’ll be sent an invitation email inviting you to your graduation ceremony along with instructions on how to reserve your place and buy guest tickets. Each graduand can purchase up to two guest tickets for family and friends who wish to attend the ceremony. 

Please note that only graduands can buy tickets. Because of limited capacity we can only allocate a maximum of two tickets per graduand. 

To attend your graduation ceremony, you will need to book your gown in advance after registering for your ceremony.

Further information on how to book your gown will be sent to you by email. Please note that gowns will be delivered to the SOAS campus and will be available for collection there before your ceremony.

If you and/or your guest(s) have any mobility or accessibility requirements, please be sure to notify us of these requests on the booking form so we can make any necessary arrangements.

If you or your friends and family require a UK visitor visa for the occasion, please use your official invitation email as part of your application.
