About this event
Join us at SOAS University of London for a panel discussion that traces the arc of globalisation over the past two decades—and asks what comes next.
Is globalisation unravelling? Are tariffs just the beginning of a deeper reshaping of the global economic order? We revisit how the world economy integrated, before turning to the legal, regulatory, and political tremors shaking it today. Leading experts in international trade and policy will guide us through critical issues, from trade law reforms to investment flows, regulatory barriers, and monetary shifts.
We will also widen the lens to explore the Global South’s perspective on these transformations. Essential for students, trade experts, diplomats, and corporate strategists alike, this is a conversation not to be missed.
