About this event
The maritime and logistics sectors are the arteries of global trade yet they are also complex, multi-jurisdictional, and highly exposed to contractual, operational, and geopolitical risks.
As supply chains become more globalised, digitalised, and regulated, disputes are increasing in volume and complexity.
This webinar explores how arbitration and mediation are being used (and re-imagined) to resolve disputes in these sectors, from port operations and charterparty disagreements to multimodal logistics, cargo claims, and infrastructure projects. It will highlight emerging practices, institutions, and technologies shaping maritime and logistics ADR globally and within Africa.
