Biography
Justin Schlosberg is a Visiting Professor at SOAS and Professor of Media and Communications at the University of Westminster.
He is a former Chair of the Media Reform Coalition and Edmund J Safra Network Fellow at Harvard University, a co-founder of the Institute for Journalism and Social Change, and the author/co-author of several books about the media. His current book project, Policing the Truth: How the War on Disinformation became a War on Dissent, is due out on Biteback in November 2026.
He has given oral testimonies to a number of public inquiries in the UK and internationally, and his research outputs have been covered by a range of news media including BBC and Al Jazeera.
