Wealth Dickson Ominabo Wealth Dickson Ominabo is a doctoral researcher in the Department of Development Studies at SOAS University of London. His research examines farmer-herder conflict in Nigeria through the lens of political ecology. His work investigates how climate change, transhumance and governance shape security in Nigeria. His interests include sovereignty, democratic governance and the climate-security nexus across West Africa.
Lei Lei Lei is a PhD candidate in the SOAS History department. Her research focuses on the transformations in economic thought and practices in late Qing China, particularly the role of the Qing central government amid the global rise of neomercantilism. er interests include the intellectual history of Western and Chinese economics during the Qing dynasty, Sino-Western encounters and communication, economic thought in pre-modern China, and modern enterprises in the Qing dynasty.
