Professor Ayse Saka-Helmhout

Prior to joining the School of Management in 2007, Ayse worked as an Assistant Professor at the Department of International Business and Management, University of Groningen in the Netherlands. Ayse holds a PhD from Warwick Business School.

Her current research focuses on advancing our understanding of organisational learning as a situated practice-based phenomenon and on agency within institutionally-embedded multinational corporations. She has published on these issues in journals such as Organization Studies and Journal of World Business.
