Mukami is a lecturer at Strathmore University Law School, Nairobi, where she teaches and writes in the areas of public law, governance and restorative justice.
Prior to joining Strathmore, she worked for Kenya Human Rights Commission (KHRC) in its equality and non-discrimination programme. She earned a BA in Economics and Law from SOAS, and an LLM from Duke University, North Carolina, USA.
