Important Service Update

  • Access to electronic books, journals and databases for SOAS staff and students via the Library webpage.
  • Support on Open Access, Research Data Management and using SOAS Research Online via outputs@soas.ac.uk
  • Enhanced online support will be available 
  • Staff can continue to request learning materials via DCS@soas.ac.uk. We will be unable to scan items but will attempt to source or suggest a suitable  electronic resource.
  • Support from subject librarians via libenquiry@soas.ac.uk or direct through the subject librarian web pages
  • The Library building is physically closed to all users 19 March-19 April inclusive and closed to new external members until 3 June
  • No borrowed books need to be returned before 1st June. Users may not see the new date on their account but should not worry. No fines will be levied between 17 March and 1st June
