Professor David Takacs

Dr Takacs is an Associate Professor, University of California Hastings College of the Law.  He holds a PhD from Cornell University, an LLM from SOAS and a JD from Hastings. He specializes in climate change law, biodiversity law, and the intersections between international environmental and human rights law.
