Recruiter in Residence
Meet with students on a one-to-one basis in the Careers Service to provide advice on application forms, CVs, interview technique and succeeding at assessment centres. Each appointment lasts for 15 minutes, with up to eight appointments per Recruiter-in-Residence session. The Careers Service collects bookings and CVs from students, which are passed on to the employer in advance of the session.

Advertise your UK-based full-time, part-time and vacation, internship, voluntary, work experience and graduate scheme opportunities to students and graduates from SOAS.
If you would like to advertise your vacancy to all Careers Group Colleges (including King's College, UCL, Queen Mary's, Goldsmiths, St Mary's, and City) as well as SOAS, you will need to register here and you can upload your vacancy directly to JobOnline. If you wish your vacancy to be advertised to SOAS exclusively, you will need to register with Budiriro, our careers management system. Once your organisation has been approved, you will be able to post a vacancy. Other ways to promote vacancies
If vacancy advertisements are compliant with UK employment legislation, and they are uploaded to the relevant job site above, SOAS Careers Service may then be able to offer an additional service promoting those vacancies through other avenues, including on our Facebook and Twitter pages; by direct email to students; Once you have uploaded your vacancy to the relevant site, please contact us to let us know.
