Wellbeing Service

To access our Wellbeing services, you will first need to have a brief initial conversation with a counsellor via video chat (other options are available). After speaking with a counsellor, you will be offered one or more of the options below:

  • Managing Anxiety, Procrastination and/or Resilience workshops
  • Guided Self Help: Silvercloud » Sign-up and Login
  • Professional Mentoring
  • Long-term psychotherapy group
  • Working with the Inner Critic (6 week course)
  • Mental health check-ins
  • One-to-one counselling
